Whenever I See Your Smiling Face...

These are recent pictures of Evan and Ella Grace that just make me smile!

Check out the air under those feet and that huge smile on his face! Pure joy I tell you!

After all that jumping, Evan enjoys a refreshment. What a life!

I have written many times about how Ella LOVES hats. She converts anything into a hat! Well, check out her newest creation. This is one of my t-shirts she got out of a drawer herself. I was pretty impressed that she put her head through the armhole to make this ensemble. She wore it around the house for a long while so proud of herself. She is so into clothes and shoes and accessories already. She will say "cute" after I dress her! Too funny!

Happy Friday bloggy buddies. I hope all ya'll have a GREAT weekend! Derek has been at summer camp for two weeks (whaaaa!). I didn't mention it since we were home alone, but he is coming home TODAY, and I couldn't be more excited! Mommy's tired!!! We hope to take the kids to the pool this weekend to make up for our rainy trip on Monday!

Love and hugs!

I've been trying to talk Damon into a "jumpoline" as Maddy calls it. Those are great pics! Have a great weekend!

We definitely need to come over for a visit! I know AE and Joseph would love a jump on Evan's trampoline. He looks like he's having a blast!

I never mention it on the blog when my husband is gone either, but I'm always HAPPY when he's coming home. Thankfully, he doesn't have any big trips the rest of the summer. Woohoo!

Aw! I am glad Derek is home! Tag-team parenting has got to be easier than doing it on your own!

As always, your pictures of EG and Evan make me smile - what cutie-pie kids!!! Your stories of EG never cease to crack me up!

OH MY GOODNESS! I did NOT know you had a fan club! Just saw Megan's post and she wrote the sweetest stuff about you. I had to send her a note and tell her that I was fortunate to actually have met you a couple of times, we've talked on the phone and I was privileged enough to go to school with your sweet husband!!!!! Can you believe my good fortune?!? You know I'm messing with you! :)

My sister, April, and Eric think I'm pretty ridiculous with my blogging. They will say things like, "Why did you post a picture of that?" or when I'm talking about a bloggy friend April will say, "But you don't actually KNOW her, right?". But it's funny how you really do feel like you know people after you look at their pictures, read their words and see snippets of their lives.

Just wanted to tell you I'm glad our paths crossed! Oh! And if you do take a road trip to Tennessee, I want to go with you! :) Have a great weekend with Derek and the kiddos!

I love the pic on your heading. So weird I just added a picture to my heading but didn't think it looked right so I removed it. After seeing how great a pic looks on the heading of your blog, I might leave the pic on my heading.

You gotta love the trampoline. We have one too, and our girl isn't always eager to get on but sometimes I can't get her off! Sweetest pics! Thanks for stopping by the ol' blawg!
