Fun at the Park

Friday Ella Grace and I met Abby and Michelle at the park to play. Abby and Michelle are two of my oldest friends (not in age...just in years...ha!). They each also have a boy and a girl. I love that I have been friends with Abby and Michelle over half my life and that we now have children that play together. It's just so neat!

Ella hasn't been to the park since she was itty bitty last summer. This was really the first time she has been big enough to play. Evan was at school and would have been so jealous had he known what we were up to. I told Ella to keep it a secret. :) We'll have to go again when he is out of school.

Ella Grace was a little shy at first, but ended up having a great time. She especially loved the swing and the slide. After about an hour and a half, she was just standing there kind of swaying, so I knew she had worn her little self out. She took a really good nap after our fun day of play.

Just a swingin'. Every time I would come near her, she would say, "No." She DID NOT want to get out of that swing.

Ethan was so sweet to swing EG. When she finally did get out, she would just watch him and say, "Swing." Ethan had made a new buddy. :)

Getting some hugs from Fletcher.

Ella's newest pals...Scarlett, Maddy, Ethan, and Fletcher. Aren't they all just adorable!

Hi Leigh Ann-
For some reason, when I clicked on the name that was with the comment you left me on my blog, it took me to another blog of yours...not this one??? Then I found this one just now.

Anyway...I just wanted to say I was so excited to get a comment today from a new friend! How fun!

I am so looking forward to getting to know you better. I am going to put your name on my favorites list so I can stop by often! I love Megan so I know any friend of hers must be a sweetie!

Have a great week!

Hi there...I linked over here from your comment on Betsy's blog. Are you an Arkansas girl?? I grew up there, but live in Colorado now.

I see that we frequent some of the same blogs!

And I love the "One Nation Under Hog" shirt in the pics. I think my dad has one of those! :)

Hi LAH! Okay, I finally realized that Lowrey does know your friend's daughter Maddy. But they're not in the same class. We were at a bday party with her a couple of weeks ago. Such a sweet little girl!
I read your blog every few days...I love keeping up with you now. But I'd rather see you sometime. We still need to meet for lunch sometime.
